"We want to thank you for a most enjoyable 4 nights at your chalet at Innsbrook.  Joining us on this visit were our son and daughter-in-law.  We were all very pleased with all of the facilities and activities available as well as the beautiful natural setting.  It was everything you had said, and more.

What you didn't tell us was the big surprise.  We have stayed in several condos in resort areas, and we have NEVER found our rental property so well provisioned.  You had every major thing we could hope for, plus all of the little things (right down to rubber bands and paper clips), as well as everything in between!  It was the first time we have not said "I wish I had a ...." or "It would be really nice if there were a ...".  You folks really know how to make a guest feel at home.  We can guarantee you we will be back again, and again, and again."
